The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development invites the community to attend an open house public meeting for the I-49 Lafayette Connector.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the project and provide input that will feed into the multi-tiered concept evaluation process. Louisiana DOTD representatives will also be available to answer questions.

Several stations will be set up where attendees can view boards, maps, and videos showing the following:
• Bridge/Structure Design
• Traffic Data and Models
• Urban Design Options
• Roadway Designs
• The Environmental Process

DOTD Real Estate and Relocation specialists will be on hand to explain the relocation process.
We request that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks and observe social distancing. Masks will be available for those who do not have them.
