Right-of-Way Acquisition and Relocation Plan

The purpose of this work is to identify residences, businesses and other occupied structures that would be impacted by the project.  This information would be used to anticipate relocation assistance needs, to estimate estimated acquisition and relocation costs, to estimate schedules for acquisition and relocation, and collect and consider other important information to program these activities in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Act and the DOTD Office of Right-of-Way Operations Manual, and to coordinate with local jurisdictions and the public.
